The fun part of the train ride.........

In November 2011 I needed to add some peaceful and creative space to my life, so I started making bead jewellery. It has become a huge source of creative fulfillment for me !

The pieces started out to be belt jewellery, but clients hang them from necklaces, buttons, and belts. Each piece has a clasp of some form at the top.

Quite by accident, or more probably fate, I discovered and now work with hand blown glass and hand formed/painted clay beads, all made by women around the world creating sources of income for themselves and their families.

Simply put, the more I sell, the more we all help each other. From women in Kenya, to women in Toronto, their stories are true, inspiring and encouraging.

I purchase ethically, supporting those who are trying to support themselves and I am not shy about sharing this story. We could all use a little more goodwill in our lives.

If you click on a picture, an enlarged version pops up and lists the type of beads I used and the price net of HST, which I currently don't charge. If the piece is sold, that is listed too. Shipping costs are additional.
